The Defensive Strategies Program is a comprehensive, real-world defensive training course designed to prepare civilians for responsible firearm ownership, personal protection, and emergency response. This program goes beyond basic firearm safety by integrating situational awareness, use-of-force decision making, medical response, and scenario-based training—giving students the tools to think, react, and act under pressure. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Course Registration All courses must be booked in advance through our website or approved registration method. Full payment is required at the time of booking or at the beginning of class to secure your seat. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled class will be eligible for: A full refund or Transfer to a future class date Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class: Non-refundable May be rescheduled one time only at the discretion of Freedom Falls Tactical Academy No-Shows Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will: Forfeit their payment Not be eligible for rescheduling Late Arrivals Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry due to safety and course structure requirements. Minimum Enrollment Freedom Falls Tactical Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to low enrollment. In the event of cancellation by the academy, students will receive: A full refund or The option to transfer to another class Safety & Conduct All students are expected to follow strict safety protocols and instructor guidance at all times. Any unsafe behavior, negligence, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal from the course without refund. Liability & Participation By booking a course, students acknowledge participation in training that involves inherent risk. All students will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation. Course Transfers Course registrations are non-transferable to another individual without prior approval. Weather Policy Classes will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. If a class is canceled due to severe weather, students will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
